Since his dad seemed to enjoy running the 10-mile race so much, W decided to join him on a 5K run through his grandparents' neighborhood. My sister-in-law and her husband joined the run, too. Everybody did really well, and W was able to finish with a good time: he got done in less than 30 minutes, averaging at about a nine-minute pace per mile.
